Creative Coaching

Teachers by definition are one of the most creative groups of people in the world, they have to be to do their job and they certainly don’t need us or anyone else to tell them how to go about their business. However all creative people are ‘coachable’ and we approach professional development with an approach that supports teachers on their creative journey from being experts to enablers.

We work to support communities of learners and all forms of creative learning and teaching and our bespoke professional development is  site specific and responds to the needs of individuals and groups of teachers. Our coaching sessions are fun, practical experiences that offer numerous creative techniques and tools can can be applied immediately in the classroom. Whilst we offer INSET days we also like to support them with further coaching where we spend time co-planning, delivering and evaluating sessions. We want to make sure the models of practice we advocate actually work in the classroom and develop strategies to overcome any challenges the teachers may encounter.

We have a wealth of experience and can always ensure our coaching has a direct impact on the quality of the teaching and learning experience and on attainment levels. We have worked with primary,secondary and special schools and have many ongoing long standing relationships with local authorities and education providers.
